Prices and Payments
Each product is priced in Swedish Krona inclusive of VAT. The total amount payable is visible at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices.
To make purchases via the online store, you must be at least 18 years of age, otherwise, parental consent is required to order from us.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments & Klarna Checkout, with an invoice or card.
When paying by card, we never access your card number; this is handled in the safest possible way for you as a customer via the card companies.

You enter your details, and Klarna approves your purchase. The invoice with Klarna is activated when the package is dispatched from Urbangreenary. Klarna sends the invoice to you based on the customer information you provided to Klarna.
In the event of delayed payment, Klarna will issue a reminder, and you will be charged a fee as per the prevailing law.
If you choose to make a return, you must first pay the invoice to Klarna. Once we receive your returned goods, we will process a refund for you. Read more about returns below.

Personal Data, GDPR
When you place an order with us and provide your personal information and email address, you agree that we store and use these in our operations to fulfil the order for you and provide you with the best service.
Urbangreenary stores the personal information you provide when placing an order and registering an account on our website. Urbangreenary does not wish to receive personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.
Urbangreenary uses your personal data to identify you as a user and deliver ordered products. For this purpose, your data will be stored, saved, and processed, and when necessary, presented to payment partners or suppliers who need the information to fulfil their obligations to you as a customer. Your social security number will also be processed in connection with purchases where it is needed for credit check purposes.
Urbangreenary may also use the data for marketing purposes and internal statistics. Urbangreenary may share the data with its service providers and when required by law, regulatory requirements, court orders, or similar.
You have the right to be informed about the processing of your personal data and the purposes of the processing. You also have the right to request correction of incorrect personal data or request that your personal data be deleted. A written application for such information, correction, or deletion should be sent to info@urbangreenary.se.
Urbangreenary respects your personal privacy and will not pass on or sell your personal data to any other third party. No personal data is stored for a longer period than necessary. You can delete your account yourself or contact us to delete your account for you.
Delivery/Delivery Time
Goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days or as soon as possible after receiving the order if the item is in stock. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 business days.
We reserve the right for a product to be out of stock. If the product is not in stock, we will get back to you with an estimated delivery time via email.
Urbangreenary is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Urbangreenary's control such as war, natural disasters, power outages, technical problems, fire, strike, changes in government regulations, illness, or similar. These circumstances shall constitute grounds for exemption that entails exemption from damages and other penalties
If such a situation arises, Urbangreenary will inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the period of the current situation. If there is a relieving circumstance for more than two months, both you and Urbangreenary have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
Unclaimed Package
For packages that are not collected, the shipping fee is charged for an unclaimed package. This corresponds to the costs it has caused us to send out the package and receive it in return.
Shipments with PostNord are only kept for 7 days at the collection point. After that, they are returned. If you have not collected your item within 7 days, you will be liable for the return shipping cost.
NOTE! If you have chosen an invoice as a payment option in the webshop and do not pick up your package, the requirement at Klarna remains.
If you do not pick up your package, you still have to pay the invoice to Klarna. If we have received your goods in return, we will contact you to make a refund. Reminder fees are not refunded.

Right of Withdrawal and Return
As a customer, you have full return rights on ordered goods within 14 days from the day you received the item.
One very important condition must be met for the right of withdrawal/return to apply. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in unbroken packaging. Opened or used haircare, skincare, and hygiene products are not taken back for hygiene reasons. In this way, we can guarantee that all our customers purchase an untouched and fresh product.
In the case of a product that is specially made or has otherwise been given a clear personal touch, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Return the item in the same packaging as it was received in. You pay the return postage yourself.
In case of an exchange or refund, you must always contact customer service. Please read more here if you want to make a refund.
