Refund policy
Returns We want you to adore your purchase! If you're not quite smitten, no worries - you can send it back to us within 14 days. No hard feelings. However, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we sadly can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your product(s) should be untouched/unopened — sealed, unopened, untouched and in their original packaging.
Keep in mind, original shipping fees aren't refundable and we may need to apply a processing fee. The cost of return shipping is on you. A refund will be issued back to your original payment method, unless we sort out something different.
How to go about a return
- Ready to make a return? Just drop us an email at info@urbangreenary.com with your order number in the subject line. In your message, please include:
- Your Name
- Purchase Date
- Why you're returning
- Our friendly customer service team will get back to you and provide a confirmation email with all the details on how to ship your item back.
Remember, the shipping costs for online returns are up to you. We'd suggest using a shipping method that gives you a tracking number, just to make sure it gets back to us safely - we can't take responsibility for return shipments that don’t make it to our warehouse.
- Once we've got your return and everything checks out, we'll process the refund. It'll go right back to the credit card you used when you made your purchase. It might take 5-7 business days for it to show up in your bank account, so don't panic if it's not immediate.
